Excel/Xls to Pdf Converter is a MS Excel to PDF converter. It is a file converter that can either process one file at a time or do batches of files. All of the files are converted to the PDF format, which is one of the most popular these days for sharing documents and books online.
This converter features a very simple user interface. You add files by clicking on "Choose Files". However, drag and drop isn't supported. You set the conversion options at the bottom of the screen. There are quite a few for PDF files. You can tell the app to use AdobeReader to convert the text in your XLS files, to merge multiple images into one PDF file and a few more. You can also set the size of the PDF page here.
The trial version will only convert a part of your documents. It doesn't say which parts, but usually it is the first few pages.
In my testing, I was unable to convert a single XLS file to PDF. When I tried it, the application said that there was an error and that I should try installing Excel 2003. So, you need Excel to be installed for this app to work. |
